If you’d prefer, you can work in sections. Make sure you don’t have too much globbed on in one section or the other. Give the handle an additional two to three coats of mod podge over the top of the glitter.

You’ll want to work quickly, as you don’t want the mod podge drying before you apply the confetti. Use your foam brush to apply mod podge to the entire inside of your tumbler. And when i say “put in the dishwasher,” i mean on the top rack after it cures.
